Individual Therapy Young Adults

I work with adults (ages 18-35) who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, shame recovery, grief and loss, substance use and adjustments in their life. My goal is to empower my clients towards effective change. Individual therapy is emotionally focused and culturally affirming with a strengths-based perspective.

Individual Therapy Teens

I believe that teenagers can live emotionally strong and healthy lives. I connect with young people almost instantly by meeting them where they are and creating a space for them to be seen and heard. I have experience and specialize in issues including substance use, lack of coping skills, life transitions, self esteem, stress, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behaviors, depression, anxiety, and poor impulse control.
